  • Community Engagement: Encouraging parents and community members to participate in school activities and decision-making processes.
  • Parenting Education: Providing parents with resources and support to help their children succeed in school.
  • Children's Motivation: Motivating our children to prioritize education and reach their full potential.
  • Classroom Environment: Creating conducive learning environments that foster effective teaching and learning.
  • Teacher Training & Motivation: Providing ongoing training, support, and motivation to our teachers to ensure they're equipped to deliver high-quality education.
  • Infrastructure Development: Improving school infrastructure to provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Effective School Monitoring: Regularly monitoring schools to ensure they're meeting standards and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Academic Year Planning: Developing academic year plans that consider our unique seasonal migration context and ensure continuity of education.
  • Out-of-School Children: Implementing strategies to cater to out-of-school children and bring them into the education system.
